A Nonprofit Member-Owned Collective
The name of this organization shall be EES Global.
EES Global is a member-owned nonprofit collective formed for the purpose of supporting, educating, and promoting enhanced energy technologies (EES Tech), including but not limited to, EES System Centers, devices, business owners, and advocates.
To unify and empower EES tech users and center owners through education, marketing, collaboration, and ethical conduct while upholding the foundational values of transparency, respect, and shared ownership.
Truth — All shared content must be factual and verifiable.
Respect — No gossip, slander, or negative speech will be tolerated.
Integrity — No undermining of key contributors or the foundational mission.
Equality — Every member has a voice. No one person or group shall lead or govern.
Any individual or entity owning, operating, or supporting EES tech may apply for membership.
Membership is $30 per month. Fees are used solely for platform maintenance and group resources.
Each member has an equal voice in organizational matters. There shall be no board of directors, executive leadership, or decision-making body above the members.
Any member who violates the core rules (see Article VII) may be removed by an admin. Reinstatement is at the discretion of the platform admins and membership consensus.
There shall be no formal board, president, or core governing team. All members share equal ownership and decision-making power.
Admins or facilitators may be appointed solely to enforce the rules and manage logistics (e.g. Zoom, membership, communications). These roles are voluntary and non-authoritative.
Bi-monthly Zooms will be held:
One hosted by a member showcasing a product or technology. One hosted by the website developer (currently Clayton Joyner of MODRN Marketing) to discuss platform improvements.
Additional Zooms are encouraged and may be scheduled by any member aligned with the mission.
All official meetings will be recorded and made accessible to members.
Important notices, changes, or updates will be posted in the main communication channel. Emergency meetings require reasonable notice to all members.
Funds are collectively owned and must be used to maintain the platform, support promotional efforts, and serve the members equally.
A financial statement will be shared quarterly to maintain transparency.
The following rules are mandatory and non-negotiable:
No sharing of Unverified Information; only factual, verifiable content may be shared.
No gossiping, unfounded or speculative discussions about individuals or other centers are prohibited.
No negative Speech, Harassment, or Toward Foundational Contributors or
No public conversations about 3rd party public or private legal matters that have not come to a legal verdict
No attempt to harm or disrupt the foundational mission of EES Global and/or it's members is permitted
No member shall attempt to harm the business or reputation of anyone person or business.
Violation of any of these will result in removal by a facilitator.
Any member may propose a bylaw change. Proposals must be posted for review and will be voted on by active members.
Bylaw changes require a simple majority vote of participating members.
